I'm Max. I have 30+ years of senior operational experience across corporate giants, fast-growth startups, and businesses I built myself from nothing. I've managed multimillion-pound contracts, international supply chains, and teams of all shapes and sizes.
I also have three Cairn Terriers who come everywhere with me, a deep hatred of unnecessary complexity, and a genuine belief that a well-run business should feel almost effortless.
